As the Founder of Resource Stack, Inc., he has successfully led a wide range of technology initiatives—including AI adoption, cloud transformation, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and enterprise modernization—for government, healthcare, and commercial organizations. He is also focused on helping organizations understand how to securely adopt AI methodologies by establishing the right governance, risk controls, and compliance guardrails; protecting data across the AI lifecycle; and operationalizing responsible AI practices from experimentation through production. With deep expertise in Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud, automation, and digital strategy, Sameer is recognized for driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term technology success.
